2. Data we collect

Name, email address, phone number, hotel and travel details, and payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers).

3. Purpose

We process your data to fulfil your luggage transfer booking, communicate about your order, and comply with legal obligations (accounting, tax).

4. Legal basis

Contract performance (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) for booking fulfilment. Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)) for accounting records. Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) for service improvement.

5. Data sharing

We share your data with partner hotels (name and booking details for collection/delivery), our payment processor Stripe, and email service provider Postmark. We do not sell your data.

6. Retention

Booking data is retained for 7 years to comply with Belgian accounting obligations. Account data is deleted upon request.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data. Contact info@tebura.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit) at https://gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.

We use only essential cookies required for login sessions and locale preference. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
